Appointments can be booked online or by phone. Please arrive on time so we can give you the full length of your session. If you are running late, your appointment may need to be shortened.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged.
Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed. Package and Athlete Care Plan terms are confirmed at the point of purchase.
All treatment is provided with your informed consent. Please share relevant medical information so we can treat you safely. You may stop treatment at any time.
We deliver care to professional standards. Following your agreed rehabilitation plan and advice gives you the best chance of a full recovery.
